This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains what is and is not allowed when using Tatloom.
By accessing or using Tatloom, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
General Rule
Tatloom is intended for lawful, safe, and responsible creative use.
You may not use Tatloom to create, upload, process, request, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others.
NSFW and Sexual Content
Tatloom does not allow the generation, upload, processing, or distribution of:
- NSFW content.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Sexually suggestive or sexually provocative content.
- Sexual exploitation or non-consensual sexual content.
- Sexual content involving minors or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Attempts to disguise, indirectly request, or bypass restrictions on such content are also prohibited.
Harmful and Illegal Content
You may not use Tatloom to create, upload, process, or distribute content that:
- Promotes, facilitates, or meaningfully assists illegal activity.
- Contains credible threats, harassment, or targeted abuse.
- Promotes hatred or violence against protected individuals or groups.
- Encourages self-harm or serious physical harm.
- Facilitates fraud, deception, impersonation, or malicious activity.
- Contains malware, malicious code, or instructions intended to compromise systems or users.
- Is otherwise unlawful or creates a serious risk of harm.
Rights and Privacy
You may only submit content that you have the legal right or permission to use.
You may not use Tatloom to:
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
- Misrepresent another person's identity or falsely imply authorization or endorsement.
- Process private or sensitive material without appropriate permission.
- Create content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm another person.
Abuse of Tatloom
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate content moderation or safety controls.
- Attempt to bypass account, credit, rate-limit, payment, or usage restrictions.
- Use automated systems to access or generate content at unauthorized scale.
- Probe, attack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Tatloom's systems or infrastructure.
- Use Tatloom in a way that creates unreasonable security, legal, financial, or operational risk.
AI Content Moderation
Tatloom may use automated moderation and safety systems to review user-provided prompts and other inputs.
A request may be rejected even if no content is ultimately generated.
You may not attempt to circumvent moderation by using coded language, repeated variations, obfuscation, or other techniques intended to evade safety controls.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that this Policy has been violated, we may:
- Reject or block a request.
- Remove or restrict access to content.
- Limit access to features.
- Suspend or terminate an account.
- Take other reasonable measures necessary to protect Tatloom, our users, service providers, or third parties.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination of access.
Where required by law, we may preserve or disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities or service providers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as Tatloom, applicable laws, safety standards, or our service-provider requirements change.
When updated, the revised Policy will be published on this page and the date above will be updated.
